Glad too see you have Pete's DVD's. You ARE able to see who knows their stuff and who the pretenders are  busted2

Yes , it is much heathier for the horses. Here is a great article '' Why I Don't Shoe My Horses '' http://www.owlcanyonhoofrehab.com/Rachel_Chao_MS.html
We found it compelling and hard to argue with.

I think this is kindof an old topic but I thought I would drop in my opinion. I used to use Blaine St. Peter and he was amazing! He was great with my horse, so patient, and really took his time to make sure everything was perfect. Unfortunately he wasnt able to come to the longmont area for less than 5 horses so I recently switched to Chris Barker www.cb4hooofcare.com. He is out of fort lupton I think and Im pretty sure works all over denver and front range. He is great. Only 40 for a trim completely got my horse back on track after a couple really bad trims from other so called "natural farriers". I would definitely recommend both Blaine or Chris.
