Colorado Horse Rescue Network has 2 facilities located in Berthoud, CO and Rush, CO. We actively rescue horses from a variety of situations to prevent them from entering the slaughter pipeline.   CHRN maintains a network of foster homes and transporters all over the Front Range.  CHRN always has fully vetted and evaluated horses available for adoption as well as resident horses in need of sponsorship.

CHRN…..space permitting accepts–owner surrenders, buy-outs, donkeys, mules, miniatures, ponies, stallions, anything equine. Out of state horses must have coggins/health cert and in state horses must be sold or surrendered with brand inspection. If you wish to list your horse for adoption through CHRN, we are willing to help you adopt it out under our contract.
